How much is shipping?

How long does shipping take?

Domestic shipping (excl. order production time)
West malaysia: generally takes 2-5 working days
East malaysia: generally takes 5-7 working days

International shipping (excl. order production time)
Shipping to Singapore, HK, Bangkok generally takes 3-5 business days

Order processing time

Please allow 3-7 business days (depending on the designs' complexity) for processing, as each press-on nail set is carefully handmade and individually hand-painted to ensure the highest quality and detail in every piece.

Orders placed on public holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak periods, public holidays, or company holiday closures, processing times may be slightly longer. Rest assured, we are working hard to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible.

Size

How do I know if the nails fit me?

Glossarie offer 4 sizes in our press-on nails - XS to L. One of these sizes will fit you.

What if I'm in between 2 sizes?

Choose the size that fits most of your fingers (cm) based on Glossarie Size Chart. Considering sizing up if you are in between two sizes or have flatter nail beds.

Custom shape & size

We offer custom sizes at a small extra fee - please contact us at +60193502120 or email us to discuss at glossariemy@gmail.com

Do you accept custom design service?

Yes. Before placing a custom order, please consult our customer service team, email us at glossariemy@gmail.com. We’ll check with our nail designers to confirm feasibility.

Refund, return & exchange

Do you offer refund/ exchange?

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on sizes or designs. Please kindly review your selections carefully & details are correct before placing your order, and feel free to contact us if you need any guidance, we’re happy to help!

Damages & issues

If you receive an incorrect item or notice any quality issues, please contact us immediately so we can resolve it promptly. glossariemy@gmail.com

Eligible for returns:

  • Product(s) must be in the same condition as received
  • All original tools/accessories must be included
  • Proof of receipt/ order no. is required
  • Product(s) must be in their original packaging

Returns sent without prior approval and notice will not be accepted or eligible for a refund/exchange.

Please note that quality concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. If not reported within this timeframe, we unfortunately will not be able to assist further.

We accept online payments from major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can also choose to pay direct transfer.
