Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to offer exchanges or refunds for change-of-mind purchases, including requests for a different style or size.

We kindly encourage you to double-check your order and select your correct size using our size guide before checkout. Thank you for understanding, your health and safety are always our top priority. 💓 We truly appreciate the trust you place in us.

Faulty Items

Although uncommon, if you receive a faulty item or notice an error on our end, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll review each case with care and resolve it promptly to ensure you’re fully taken care of.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To initiate a return, you can email us at glossariemy@gmail.com

Eligible for returns:

  • Product(s) must be in the same condition as received
  • All original tools/accessories must be included
  • Proof of receipt is required
  • Product(s) must be in their original packaging

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent to us without first requesting a return or prior approval will not be accepted. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
