🌎 Worldwide Shipping

Glossarie ships internationally to Singapore, Hong Kong & Bangkok. Applicable shipping fees, methods, and estimated delivery timeframes will be displayed at checkout prior to payment confirmation. Complimentary shipping is available on orders exceeding MYR 299, unless otherwise stated.

West Malaysia: 3-5 business days
East Malaysia : 5-7 business days
Overseas Shipping (SG, BKK, HK) takes 3-5 business days to reach your doorstep

Made-to-Order Production

All Glossarie nail sets are produced on a made-to-order (handmade) basis. This ensures product quality and customization while supporting responsible production practices and minimising waste.

Due to seasonal demand and increased order volumes, processing times may be extended. Please allow 3–7 business days (depending on the complexity of the designs) for order preparation prior to dispatch, as each press-on nail set is carefully handmade and individually hand-painted to ensure the highest quality and detail in every piece. Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays.

During peak periods, public holidays, or company holiday closures, processing times may be slightly longer. Rest assured, we are working hard to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible.

🚚 Dispatch & Delivery

Orders will be dispatched once production is completed. Dispatch occurs on business days only, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.

Tracking updates may not appear immediately and can be delayed. If tracking information has not updated for more than 7 business days, please contact our customer support team at glossariemy@gmail.com, or via social media platforms and we will liaise with the courier to assist where possible.

📦 Lost or Stolen Parcels

Glossarie is not responsible for parcels that are lost, delayed, or stolen after being marked as delivered by the courier. However, we understand the inconvenience this may cause and will assist customers by working with the relevant shipping provider to investigate the matter.

Any resolution will be handled on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with applicable shipping and consumer protection regulations.
